We're a small, agile team that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As we grow, we're looking for a highly organized, customer-centric Production Coordinator to help us deliver on our promise of quality and care.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the post-sale process-from job planning and crew scheduling to customer communication and supplier coordination. This role plays a key part in maintaining margins, ensuring a top-tier customer experience, and delivering high-quality installations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from sale through installation. Set clear expectations, provide proactive updates, and ensure each project is completed to the client's satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Crew Management: Schedule and manage installer crews to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard. Address issues in the field and support crews with necessary materials and guidance.</p> </li><li> <p>Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement, cost efficiency, and accurate order fulfillment.</p> </li><li> <p>Margin Management: Monitor costs and production plans to ensure projects are delivered within budgeted margins.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Control: Conduct final walk-throughs, resolve any punch list items, and ensure the customer experience reflects our brand standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Review Generation: Encourage happy customers to leave Google reviews; track and report review activity and customer satisfaction metrics.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in flooring, home remodeling, construction, or a closely related industry</p> </li><li> <p>Strong customer service skills with a proactive communication style</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage subcontractors and installation crews effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with supplier relations and material procurement</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple projects in a busy, startup-like environment</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with job costing and margin management</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with scheduling software and basic office tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Success in this Role Will Be Measured By:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Customer satisfaction scores and post-project feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Number and quality of 5-star Google reviews</p> </li><li> <p>Margin performance on completed projects</p> </li><li> <p>Timeliness and efficiency of project execution</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Base salary range of $40-60K based on prior experience with bonuses tied to performance.</p>
