Let's get you behind the desk and into the driver's seat of your next great job!</p> <p>A Day in The Life:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide front-line customer service to the public regarding vehicle registration and renewal.</p> </li><li> <p>Process transactions involving cash, checks, and credit cards with accuracy and professionalism.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect registration fees and issue the appropriate license plates and registration stickers.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data entry of motor vehicle registration renewal information.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with managing the front-door queuing system and directing customers appropriately.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a balanced cash drawer, generate reports, and complete end-of-day reconciliation.</p> </li><li> <p>Support inventory tasks including sorting, labeling, and shelving license plate boxes.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of motor vehicle registration processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in customer service, data entry, inventory, and cash handling.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual abilities are a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly at shoulder level or below.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to operate mechanical and/or electrical equipment as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications: </p> <p>High school graduate or equivalent with 6 months of experience performing clerical work involving considerable public contact; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.</p>
