<p>Quality & Education Manager</p> <p>Community Health</p> <p>The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Quality & Education Manager with a strong understanding of current CHHA and/or Hospice regulations, quality improvement measures and clinical education skills to join our team and play a key role in the regulatory compliance of Parker's Community Health Services Program.</p> <p>Comprised of a Certified Home Health Agency and Comprehensive Community Hospice program, we are a boutique and unique not-for-profit program that provides personalized care to ensure the comfort, enhance the quality of life and preserve the dignity of our patients.
