<p>Description</p> <p>The Assistant Director supports New College of Florida's enrollment goals through the development and management of statewide transfer partnerships, articulation agreements, and recruitment initiatives. This position plays a key role in strengthening 2+2 relationships with Florida College System institutions and serves as a liaison for international and student-athlete enrollment support.</p> <p>Examples of Duties</p> <ul> <li>Lead execution and ongoing management of statewide 2+2 and articulation partnerships with Florida College System Institutions </li><li>Coordinate Transfer Tuesdays, on-site advising, and express-admit initiatives with partner colleges </li><li>Support international recruitment, admissions processing, and application review </li><li>Collaborate with Registrar (SEVIS/DSO) to ensure international student documentation compliance </li><li>Partner with Athletics Compliance (NAIA/NCAA) to verify student-athlete eligibility </li><li>Utilize Slate CRM to manage applicant records, monitor communication flows, and track key metrics </li><li>Represent New College of Florida at transfer fairs, community college visits, and yield events </li><li>Contribute to recruitment planning, data reporting, and marketing initiatives </li><li>Participate in evening and weekend recruitment events as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution </li><li>At least three (3) years of experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or a related field </li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems and data reporting tools </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing and maintaining institutional partnerships </li><li>Experience within the State University System (SUS) or Florida College System </li><li>Experience supporting international student recruitment or SEVIS documentation processes </li><li>Knowledge of Slate CRM </li></ul>
