<p>Job Title</p> <p>Assistant Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Perform day-to-day general office tasks in support of PDS practices </li><li>Assist with gathering and maintaining current documentation for projects </li><li>Coordinate with various PDS project managers to gather and maintain updated project reports </li><li>Obtain and track budgeting and contracting project information from various PDS project managers </li><li>Assist with managing all phases of a project including planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, and occupancy </li><li>Compile project budgets and schedules </li><li>Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings </li><li>Establish and maintain client focus through performance goals, deliverables, reports, and value-added services </li><li>Review design documents, scope of construction, and create preliminary construction budgeting </li><li>Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials </li><li>Source and manage local General Contractors and or subcontractors, specialty vendors, architectural, and MEP engineers </li><li>Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables </li><li>Provide superior client service to internal and external clients </li><li>May have full ownership and responsibility for smaller, less complex projects </li></ul> <p>Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
