<p>Job Title: Health & Safety ManagerJob Description</p> <p>The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing all health and safety programs across internal operations and external project sites. This role supports both corporate safety initiatives and field-based construction and installation safety, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, company standards, and client requirements. The Health & Safety Manager will work closely with leadership, project management, manufacturing teams, and field crews to promote a strong safety culture, reduce risk, and ensure safe execution across all locations and projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide health and safety programs for both corporate and field operations. </li><li>Oversee jobsite health and safety for construction and installation projects, including site visits and inspections. </li><li>Support safety efforts across manufacturing or plant environments, ensuring safe work practices and compliance. </li><li>Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at project sites and internal facilities. </li><li>Partner with Project Managers and field teams to ensure safety plans are integrated into project execution. </li><li>Assist with job hazard analyses (JHAs), toolbox talks, and site-specific safety plans. </li><li>Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; develop corrective actions and preventative measures. </li><li>Track, maintain, and distribute safety documentation, training records, and compliance reporting. </li><li>Support permitting, client safety requirements, and site-specific safety standards. </li><li>Provide safety training and guidance to employees, contractors, and field personnel. </li><li>Serve as a safety resource for internal teams and remote project locations. </li><li>Travel to project sites approximately one week per month (or as needed) to support field safety initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in health and safety roles within construction and installation environments. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of construction safety practices, regulations, and standards. </li><li>Experience supporting safety across active job sites and field operations. </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with project management, field crews, and leadership. </li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting manufacturing or plant environments in addition to construction sites. </li><li>Background in critical infrastructure, utilities, data centers, industrial, or high-security projects. </li><li>Familiarity with multi-site or geographically distributed operations. </li><li>Safety certifications (OSHA, CHST, CSP, or similar) are a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This is an office-based, full-time position that requires travel to project sites approximately one week per month based on project needs. The role reports to the Director of Operations and Quality Assurance.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
