<p>PURPOSE STATEMENT: Coordinate one or more Human Resources core processes including but not limited to: New Hire Orientation/ Onboarding, Payroll, Recruiting, Employee Documentation, Compliance and Organizational Development.</p> <p>BOWLING GREEN BRANDYWINE:</p> <p>Bowling Green Brandywine is a leading Drug & Alcohol Addiction Treatment center and is located in the scenic and historic countryside of Pennsylvania's Brandywine River Valley. It has been a premier provider of effective chemical dependency treatment for more than 30 years. Today, we are proud to offer a full spectrum of residential addiction treatment services including a special program focused entirely on the problem of prescription drug abuse and opiate addiction.</p> <p>ACADIA HEALTHCARE:</p> <p>Bowling Green Brandywine is a proud client of Acadia Healthcare which is a for-profit health system, providing mental health and substance-use disorder treatments with locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. As a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services, Acadia Healthcare operates under the large network of 227 behavioral healthcare facilities with approximately 9,900 beds in 40 states and have around 20,000 employees serving approximately 70,000 patients daily.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the HR Director in all administrative duties and act as a first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries. </li><li>Coordinate new hire orientation/ onboarding process, employee training programs, hiring support, payroll and reporting. </li><li>Maintain high compliance and accurate employee documentation in personnel files, medical files, employee relations, benefits and compensation. </li><li>Apply judgement and discretion to HR issues and concerns and direct any complex issues to the senior HR staff. </li><li>Update and maintain accurate employee data in UltiPro and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information. </li><li>Ensuring the accuracy in timely communication to respective departments. </li><li>Must be well equipped in working in fast and multi-tasking environment. </li><li>Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas and interact directly with corporate employees with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting. </li><li>Interpret and communicate routine organizational policies and procedures. </li><li>Evaluate and apply information to provide advice to employees and management staff on Human Resources practices, policies, processes and expectations. </li></ul> <p>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
