<p>Kforce has a premier client in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania that is searching for talented and experienced Project Control Specialists. This is a long -term contract engagement with competitive compensation and benefits.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for setting up, tracking, forecasting, and reporting capital project AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) costs </li><li>Recognize and alert Project Managers on cost issues and assist with developing AFE supplements if required </li><li>Work with Project Managers and vendors to accurately forecast project cost on a monthly basis </li><li>Take the lead on AFE preparation and submission to ensure budget, asset and expenditure information is correct </li><li>Submit monthly accruals and work in progress comments to our Fixed Assets group* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (In order to convert with Marathon, candidates must be degreed) </li><li>4-10 years of experience in natural gas industry in an accounting, cost management, or contract's role </li><li>Prior experience with Oracle and SAP a plus </li><li>Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Access programs </li></ul>
