<p>PDF Download</p> <p>Our Lancaster (Denver, PA) facility provides contract manufacturing for complex medical devices: cleanroom injection molding, metal processing and precision assembly from a single source.</p> <p>At our location, we are searching for a</p> <p>Business Central Process and Report Analyst</p> <p>Where we need you</p> <p>This role will lead Business Central process improvements, implementation and integration and will play a critical role in the successful deployment and ongoing support of the system.</p> <ul> <li>Consult with business end users and IT team members to identify and understand any existing problems and opportunities to improve the Business Central environment. </li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Business Central processes, functionality, data, and integrations. </li><li>Document current processes including requirements, specifications, or integrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the current environment and interactions with other systems. </li><li>Develop and implement process improvements for existing MS Business Central functions. </li><li>Provide training and support to team members on Business Central functions and processes. </li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports. </li><li>Develop and execute unit tests to validate the accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards. </li><li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements and new features in MS Business Central, incorporating relevant knowledge into daily operations. </li><li>Adhere to and ensure compliance with all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards. </li><li>Follow the official policy for Good Manufacturing Practices as required in the Medical Device Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. </li><li>Provide feedback and pro-active communication to supervisor, management, and co-workers to ensure efficient and effective operations. </li><li>Process administrative matters without problems to maintain up to date records. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned </li></ul> <p>How to convince us</p> <p>Two years' work experience in Business Central systems support and report development.</p> <p>Understanding and knowledge of data structures, data entities and data models.</p> <p>Financial/Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain Knowledge.</p> <p>Ideally:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApps, Logic apps, etc. </li><li>Experience within the medical device industry. </li></ul> <p>Due to the nature of our work with some customer's government contracts, we must require all employees be a US Citizen.</p> <p>Interested?
