<p>Piper Companies is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join a leading global financial services organization in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid work environment. This role is critical to fostering a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts, guiding managers and employees through complex situations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and values.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Consultant:</p> <ul> <li>Influence managers and employees toward successful outcomes in conflict situations. </li><li>Handle employee relations cases, including behavioral or performance concerns, and assist managers with corrective processes.. </li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential HR/ER data. </li><li>Lead regular meetings with managers and team leads on employee relations topics; propose and implement action plans. </li><li>Deliver local training and facilitate programs developed by the Learning & Development team. </li><li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to provide actionable feedback. </li><li>Advise on policy matters, including sabbatical, STD/FMLA, severance, and disciplinary actions. </li><li>Maintain and update policies related to harassment, code of conduct, complaints, and disciplinary actions. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Qualifications for the Employee Relations Consultant:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in HR functions, including employee relations. </li><li>Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP and Investigation Certification. </li><li>Strong judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Employee Relations Consultant:</p> <ul> <li>$39/hr </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) </li><li>Hybrid schedule </li></ul> <p>Keywords: Employee Relations, HR Consultant, conflict resolution, investigations, corrective action, policy compliance, SHRM-CP, change management, HR data, workplace culture, harassment policy, disciplinary action, exit interviews, severance, FMLA, STD, HR Business Partner, training facilitation.</p> <p>#LI-KG2 #LI-HYBRID</p>
