<p>Zoom Tan is currently hiring for an amazing Customer Service representative to work in our Corporate Office in beautiful, sunny Naples, Florida! Check us out!</p> <p>We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication/customer service skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs.</p> <p>The call center is open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required.</p> <p>Starting Pay: $20/hour</p> <p>Customer Service Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and salon. personnel to provide information, and assist in resolving issues. </li><li>Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken. </li><li>Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution. </li><li>Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously. </li><li>Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times. </li><li>Be able to work well within a team environment and individually. </li><li>Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. </li><li>Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic. </li></ul>
