<p>Training Support Specialist</p> <p>Merrimack NH</p> <p>Contract - st Shift, 9/80</p> <p>Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm</p> <p>Pay Rate: $33.70/Hr.</p> <p>Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS: Training Support Specialist</p> <ul> <li>US Citizenship </li><li>Associates degree or Bachelors </li><li>Background in training organizations and adult learning theory required. </li><li>Background in a training organization, including LMS administration and Learning Content Design </li><li>Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth in Job Summary. </li><li>Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; </li><li>Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers; </li><li>Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents </li><li>Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations; </li><li>Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule; </li></ul> <p>JOB SUMMARY: Training Support Specialist Position will comprise both basic administrative duties such as: data entry and maintenance of the LMS, file maintenance and retention, creation and disseminiation of reports, troubleshooting issues and serving as the point of contact for a busy training organziation under oversight from senior staff. Develops and monitors program, department and administration performance objectives. Participates in the development, implementation, interpretation and monitoring of program, department and administrative policies and procedures. Maintains program and department records. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required. SKILLS PREFERRED: Training Support Specialist</p> <ul> <li>Experience in learning content design and delivery preferred. </li><li>Background in training with experience in LMS administration Adherence to policies and procedures in a highly regulated organization </li><li>Proactive, resourceful and calm under pressure </li><li>Excellent customer serrvice skills and mentality </li><li>Experience preferred with Articulate Data analysis and reporting including pivot tables </li><li>MS Suite of programs including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams, MS365 </li></ul> <p>76639</p>
