<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Materials Coordinator</p> <p>Indianapolis, IN, United States | req27901 1st shift; Monday - Friday</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams including Production, Packaging, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure timely material availability and clear communication regarding supply requirements </li><li>You will oversee finished goods materials lifecycle, including creating packaging instructions, ensuring product label accuracy, coordinating outbound shipments, and managing storage and distribution activities </li><li>Further, you will maintain precise and current inventory records by performing routine audits and reconciliations, ensuring materials are properly packaged and available when needed </li><li>You will create and maintain comprehensive reports on material flow, inventory levels, and team performance to support data-driven management decisions </li><li>Also, you will assist with annual inventory processes, helping ensure accurate, efficient year-end counts and documentation </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>A High School diploma / GED is required; previous experience or a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred </li><li>Further you must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions </li><li>You also must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure </li><li>Additionally, you must be able to operate fork truck, electric hoist, scales, and label machines </li><li>Also, you should be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, climbing and capable of lifting 40lbs </li><li>You must be able to wear a full face or half face respirator </li><li>Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are preferred for this role.
