With over 300 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).</p> <p>We are looking for a Client Executive to manage a high-profile book of business that is complex, generates substantial revenue and critical to the company; assist Producers in handling renewals, sale of new accounts, and rounding of existing accounts.</p> <p>A day in the life.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist producers in new production activities to meet or exceed production goals as established.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee or facilitate Renewal process for existing business to meet or exceed goals as established.</p> </li><li> <p>Design Detailed analyses, including but not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Claims review</p> </li><li> <p>Loss Trends</p> </li><li> <p>Market Changes</p> </li><li> <p>Certificate Audits</p> </li><li> <p>Design presentations for prospect/client meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Independently conduct meetings with client/carriers, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Accompany producers on Prospect meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet with producers and account teams to discuss issues and resolve problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain proper level of communication and build effective relationships with producers, account teams and carrier partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Gather client information for renewals and new business to begin the remarketing/marketing process.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and expand coverage lines to existing accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business including maintaining client retention of existing accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a current level of knowledge on forms and coverage changes through bulletins and circulars.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep abreast of industry trends and insurance marketplace changes to help maintain competitive status for the agency within the industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Key Liaison with clients to assess needs and provide solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, Maintain and execute proactive service plan for each client.</p> </li><li> <p>Review Prospects polices/insurance program and provide feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide Quality Consultation services and serve as a resource to producers, Account Managers and Clients.</p> </li></ul> <p>Our future colleague:</p> <ul> <li>Currently Florida 2-20 License </li><li>Previous Managerial or Team-Lead experience a plus </li><li>Excellent presentation, written, communication and customer service skills </li><li>Excellent leadership skills </li><li>Travel required </li><li>College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and 10 years related experience. </li><li>Strong technical insurance knowledge and background </li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills under stressful situations </li><li>Working knowledge of Sagitta Agency Management/ImageRight Document Management System, or willingness to learn </li></ul> <p>Valuable benefits.</p> <p>We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside our organization.
