<p>Marketing & Administrative Staff</p> <p>We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Administrative professional to join our team! This is a dynamic role that blends traditional office administration with brand management, social media engagement, and community outreach. You'll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting our company's public image and customer relationships.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Office Administration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain office supplies and organize both digital and physical files</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with scheduling, time tracking, and job site coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications</p> </li></ul> <p>Brand & Reputation Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook)</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with management to respond to customer feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Help maintain a professional and consistent company image across all channels</p> </li></ul> <p>Social Media & Online Engagement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Create and schedule engaging posts highlighting projects, client feedback, and team achievements</p> </li><li> <p>Track engagement and provide ideas to grow online presence</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in content creation, including photos, videos, and short write-ups</p> </li></ul> <p>In-Person Engagement & Outreach</p> <ul> <li> <p>Represent the company at community events, job fairs, or other public engagements (as needed)</p> </li><li> <p>Support client relations through follow-ups, thank-you notes, and site visit coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Help build partnerships with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience in administrative, marketing, or customer service roles</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office</p> </li><li> <p>Basic understanding of social media marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the construction or trades industry is a bonus but not required</p> </li></ul>
