Candidates must have a minimum of three years' tax experience, possess strong analytical ability; have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills; and a commitment to client service.</p> <p>Ideal candidate must have an LLM (Taxation), corporate and partnership tax, federal and state controversy and a solid knowledge of preparation of transactional documents. Candidate must have exceptional academic credentials and organizational skills and will be working on tax matters nationwide.
