<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Planning & Operational Support team within the Investment Solutions Center of Excellence.</p> <p>The consultant is responsible for developing the strategy, planning and execution a variety of operational programs, services, and initiatives for the Investment Solutions COE. This individual is focused on centralizing common activities and business routines for the organization by aligning cross departmental teams and creating scalable processes. They will have the opportunity to consult, support and implement standards for LOB financial management, operations, recognition and regulatory procedures. Focused on change management and integrating operations across Investment Solutions COE, this individual will develop metrics and track performance of programs and initiatives, ensuring adherence to appropriate policies and regulations.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Organizing and executing assigned business projects aligned to our strategic direction </li><li>Meeting with key stakeholders when needed to perform initial assessment of problematic situations </li><li>Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to resource effectiveness and efficiency </li><li>Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics </li><li>Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations </li><li>Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables </li><li>Create and present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business </li><li>Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business </li><li>Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management </li><li>Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of brokerage or wealth management experience </li><li>Knowledge of Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management line of business </li><li>Management Consulting experience </li><li>Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills </li><li>Good attention to detail and accuracy skills </li><li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields </li><li>CFA, CFP and other related financial industry designations </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Excellent Analytical abilities </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. </li><li>Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
