Joining Elara means becoming part of a compassionate, mission-driven team focused on clinical excellence, operational leadership, and patient-centered outcomes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Branch Director - Behavioral Health, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across your branch while upholding the organization's core values and clinical integrity.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operational Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Direct day-to-day branch operations, ensuring streamlined delivery of behavioral health services.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee financial performance and staff management to meet patient care demands and organizational goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure branch compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and third-party reimbursement requirements, identifying and resolving potential billing issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance Leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain rigorous documentation practices that align with Medicare, state, and accreditation standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Educate staff on compliance, licensure, and national standards of care.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all patient care aligns with the Patient's Bill of Rights and federal/state regulatory guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership & Professional Growth</p> </li><li> <p>Champion a culture of professionalism and accountability.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct accurate and timely performance appraisals and oversee payroll reporting processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Support staff development and promote strategic growth initiatives aligned with Elara Caring's mission.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's Degree in Healthcare or related field required</p> </li><li> <p>RN license</p> </li><li> <p>1+ year in supervisory or administrative role in home health or related care setting (required)</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years in home health experience (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced clinical and business acumen, including budgeting and resource management</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in technology: MS Office Suite, Homecare Homebase, and Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across leadership levels</p> </li></ul> <p>What Sets You Apart</p> <p>You're a decisive, compassionate leader with the ability to manage both people and performance in a complex healthcare environment.
