<p>Windows Administrator</p> <ul> <li>Windows Server/VMware Administration </li><li>Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). </li><li>Installation and configuration of Windows and VM servers </li><li>Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services. </li><li>Manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi hosts, vCenter). </li><li>Perform VM provisioning, resource allocation, and storage configuration. </li><li>Monitor cluster health, HA/DRS configurations, and resolve L2-level issues. </li><li>Apply patches and firmware updates to ESXi hosts. </li><li>Good hands-on experience and knowledge in Chocolatey </li><li>Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like WSUS, SCCM, or Intune. </li><li>Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories. </li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. </li><li>Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools like SCOM or equivalent. </li><li>Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents. </li><li>Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting. </li><li>Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills. </li><li>Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines. </li><li>Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management. </li><li>Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services </li><li>Coordinate with backup teams for VM and OS-level backups. </li><li>Validate restore operations during DR drills </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security. </li><li>Expertise in patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM) and vulnerability remediation. </li><li>Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment. </li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills. </li><li>Familiarity with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, and storage concepts. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $90,000-$95,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
