In this role your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Coordinate activities for residents of care and treatment facilities.</p> <p>Assess resident needs, designs, and implements rehabilitation programs. Perform skill training, cognitive remediation, job coaching, and behavior management objectives in accordance with treatment plan. Reinforce appropriate behavior and skills in residential, community, and day/vocational settings, utilizing direct feedback, role-playing, modeling, and behavior modification techniques. Assist in the planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluations of social, emotional, recreational, vocational, and related therapeutic programs for individuals served. Prepare communication book, treatment plans, and other clinical documentation.
