As the owner of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, this role ensures process standardization, policy compliance, and continuous improvement across all procurement functions. The leader will develop and oversee procurement KPIs, manage change initiatives, and foster people development and capability building within the procurement team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Ownership</p> </li><li> <p>Own and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure alignment between procurement, finance, and business stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives related to P2P.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor compliance and address deviations or inefficiencies in the process.</p> </li><li> <p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p> </li><li> <p>Define, implement, and continuously refine procurement performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and report on KPIs such as cost savings, compliance rates, cycle times, supplier performance, and user satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive data-based decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Policy and Governance</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, maintain, and communicate procurement policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure global consistency while allowing for local adaptability where necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Audit procurement practices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Training & People Development</p> </li><li> <p>Identify skill gaps and training needs within the procurement organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement training programs to build capabilities across the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Support career development through mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.</p> </li><li> <p>Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Define and deploy standardized procurement operating models and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate collaboration across teams and geographies through effective governance and communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead lean and Six Sigma-based initiatives to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.</p> </li><li> <p>Change Management</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a change agent for procurement transformation initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute change management plans to support new systems, processes, or policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage and align stakeholders across the business to ensure buy-in and successful implementation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (master's preferred). </li><li>10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with a strong focus on operational excellence. </li><li>Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvements. </li><li>Expertise in P2P processes and related systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle). </li><li>Strong analytical and project management skills. </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. </li><li>Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or CIPS are a plus. </li></ul> <p>Annual Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $132,000</p> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! </li><li>We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. </li><li>Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
