<p>Location: Oak Ridge, TN</p> <p>Job Title: INF-Y Nuclear Maintenance Management Program Advisor</p> <p>Career Level: Advisor</p> <p>Organization: Nuc Mnt Compliance&Strat Plng (51428942)</p> <p>Job Specialty: Facilities Engineering</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>The Nuclear Maintenance Management Program (NMMP) Advisor will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for ensuring site compliance with DOE O 433.1B, Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities. The Nuclear Maintenance Management Program outlines the approved methods for the maintenance and reliable performance of structures, systems, and components for nuclear and non-nuclear facilities at Y-12. The NMMP advisor will serve as the document owner for related site procedures such as E-PROC-3122, Enterprise Integrated Work Control Manual and E-SD-2008, CNS Nuclear Maintenance Management Program.</p> <p>The NMMP Advisor will routinely advise and support senior leaders, such as the Operations Support Vice President, while serving as a key point of contact for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Field Office counterparts for all matters related to the NMMP implementation across the Y-12 site. As the NMMP Advisor you will develop and maintain metrics, support field walkdowns, and issue customer responses related to the NMMP. The successful candidate will routinely evaluate NNSA customer mission objectives and will be key in identifying and implementing improvements and corrective measures to the processes, procedures, and performance related to all of the NMMP activities listed below.</p> <p>As the NMMP Advisor you will routinely advise on the following NMMP requirements: -Site Integration with Regulations and DOE Orders and Manuals -Maintenance Organization and Administration -Master Equipment List -Planning, Scheduling, and Coordination of Maintenance -Types of Maintenance-Maintenance Procedures -Training and Qualification -Configuration Management -Procurement -Maintenance Tool and Equipment Control -Suspect and Counterfeit Items -Maintenance History - Aging Degradation and Technical Obsolescence - Seasonal Facility Preservation -Performance Measures -Facility Condition Inspection -Post Maintenance Testing.</p> <p>The NMMP Advisor will report directly to the Nuclear Maintenance Compliance and Strategic Planning Director in Operations Support. Successful candidates hired into a higher career level than the minimum in the range must meet the requirements listed in the job leveling charts for the career level into which they are being hired.</p> <p>If a range of Career Levels is posted, i.e., Senior Associate to Senior Specialist, internal applicants already in one of the Career Levels would come across at their current Career Level. Internal applicants currently in a lower level Career Level would move to the lowest posted Career Level.</p> <p>Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.</p> <p>This position may require entry into the Material Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (10 C.F.R. Part 712), which requires successful competition of a DOE counterintelligence evaluation and may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.</p> <p>This position may be categorized as a "designated position" identified by 10 C.F.R. Part 709, requiring successful completion of a DOE counterintelligence evaluation that may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.</p> <p>CNS is a drug-free workplace.
