<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is primarily responsible for the preparation and processing of many complex and varied financial transactions such as purchase orders, multi-agency invoices, vendor invoices and payment disputes. Additionally, this position receives vehicles delivered to DOA Fleet by car dealerships. These vehicles must be accurately entered into government records, also all vehicle titles must be ordered and carefully tracked. This position is also responsible for ordering all fuel cards, maintenance materials, and vehicle plates. In addition, this position provides the first point of contact for drivers to arrange exchange of older assigned vehicles for new replacements.</p> <p>This position works independently to resolve problems and/or complaints from commercial vendors as well as state agencies. The programs used for this position include Fleet software, Fleet Portal, Microsoft Office along with using the internet for various applications. In addition, this position performs all duties in a challenging office atmosphere with frequent interruptions are the norm and there is a substantial volume of incoming work.</p> <p>For a complete list of duties, see the position description.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>Starting hourly rate for this position will be $26.08 per hour. This position in this classification is assigned to pay schedule/range 02-13. A 12-month probationary period is required.
