<p>Overview</p> <p>The Judge Group is seeking a driven and experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals in temporary assignments across the country. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that allows you to make a direct impact on patient care by connecting skilled clinicians with healthcare facilities in need.</p> <p>What Judge Will Provide You:</p> <ul> <li>Industry-leading training and support in travel healthcare staffing </li><li>Access to national client contracts and exclusive travel assignments </li><li>Opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing, most respected staffing firms in the industry </li><li>Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment </li><li>Performance-based culture with clear paths for growth into mentorship, management, or client-facing roles </li></ul> <p>Additional Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses </li><li>Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive programs, including promotional trips </li><li>Cell phone reimbursement and "flex hours" for top performers </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Source and recruit qualified travel RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals using job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and referral networks </li><li>Engage with healthcare-specific job boards to identify top travel talent </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians to ensure a consistent and reliable talent pipeline </li><li>Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and alignment with client needs </li><li>Negotiate pay packages, travel stipends, and assignment details with candidates </li><li>Partner with account managers and clients to understand assignment requirements and ensure successful placements </li><li>Collaborate with compliance and credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verification </li><li>Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all documentation is up to date </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel healthcare staffing </li><li>Proven success placing travel nurses and/or allied health professionals in temporary assignments </li><li>Ability to manage multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance for travel roles is a plus </li></ul>
