We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to improve and build new processes that support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients they serve.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Senior Revenue Analyst is a role that is an integral part of the Corporate and Practice Accounting teams, working to provide exceptional service to our oncology practice partners through assisting with all aspects of revenue recognition for each practice.</p> <p>This will be a dynamic role which requires a multi-dimensional skillset including the ability to assist with monthly revenue calculations, perform detailed operational analyses, and communicate effectively with Accounting, Finance, and Operations leaders as well as Company Executives. The individual should be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable voicing their opinion and asking questions, with an ability to work in a constantly evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.</p> <p>The role will provide exciting growth opportunities for personal and career development within a high-growth healthcare company, as well as regular interactions with the Directors of Corporate Accounting and Practice Accounting, and regular exposure to executive leadership. While the individual will work primarily within the Practice Accounting teams, the role will interface directly with a diverse array of functions including Corporate Accounting, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, Treasury, Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Finance. OneOncology is growing rapidly and adding multiple new practices each year which provides practice onboarding opportunities for this role.</p> <p>This position reports to the Senior Director of Revenue and will be responsible for building, maintaining and periodically updating financial analysis templates with respect to the Company's revenue recognition procedures and related AR reserves for both medical patient service and pharmaceutical revenue. The position will also work on ad hoc analytical projects primarily related to revenue, cash collections, statistical reporting, and summarizing monthly results.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role (4 days/week on-site) in Nashville, TN.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with the calculation, analysis and communication of monthly financial, operating and statistical results with an eye for process improvement and automation opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously maintain Excel templates used to calculate net revenue and net AR, and to monitor revenue and AR KPIs, such as cash collections compared to net revenue recorded over time.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform and maintain monthly process to align mapping of charge, payment and adjustment transaction activity to the correct GL accounts, service lines, cost centers, and physicians.</p> </li><li> <p>Help with the ongoing development and maintenance of Excel-based and automated tools to monitor RCM performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with Business Intelligence team in an ongoing effort to improve data availability and functionality for periodic and ad hoc analyses.</p> </li><li> <p>Support new practice integration activities throughout 4-6 month onboarding process.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation and presentation of periodic AR hindsight review procedures required to evaluate the Company's AR positions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate effectively with colleagues and across teams to achieve the completion of tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Understanding of provider care revenue recognition is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Two to four years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have strong financial analytical and computer skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Power BI.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with healthcare data strongly preferred, with particular preference for experience in provider billing data, Medicare reimbursement schedules, claims data, and electronic medical record (EMR) data.</p> </li><li> <p>Should possess experience and judgment to work collaboratively with Practice leadership in order to accomplish desired outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>A team-player attitude that demonstrates a willingness to help various departments throughout the Company on ad hoc projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Initiative and desire to take ownership of projects and function with a high-level of autonomy and discipline within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Position will be located in Nashville</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-AN1</p>
