<p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in education research, social science, statistics, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. </li><li>A minimum of two (2) years experience in some combination of assessment, statistical analysis and program evaluation in higher education or other closely related field. </li><li>Experience with data cleaning, reporting, and analytics. </li><li>Strong experience of, and a desire to, work on projects with accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree. </li><li>Three years of experience in assessment and institutional research in a university setting. </li><li>Professional experience working with confidential medical data. </li><li>Experience with program assessment and student learning outcomes. </li><li>Knowledge of survey research and data collection and reporting, including experience with survey software such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey. </li><li>Demonstrated experience using relational databases. </li></ul> <p>All Qualifications</p> <p>Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.</p> <p>Position Details Position Purpose</p> <p>Under the direct supervision of the Program Director and the Assessment and Compliance Coordinator, the Accreditation & Assessment Specialist provides general administrative support and specialized assistance in assessment, compliance, and accreditation.
