<p>Surgical Technologist Full-Time Position Raleigh and Panther Creek Locations</p> <p>Were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our high-performing surgical team in an ambulatory surgery center. Youll play a vital role in ensuring operating rooms are prepped, sterile, and equipped for surgical procedures.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and set up sterile surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures </li><li>Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgeries, ensuring aseptic technique is maintained </li><li>Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently </li><li>Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures </li><li>Handle specimens appropriately and ensure accurate labeling </li><li>Clean, disinfect, and restock ORs between procedures </li><li>Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesia, and sterile processing teams </li><li>Uphold infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program </li><li>Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred </li><li>Current BLS certification </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage </li><li>Retirement plan with employer contributions </li><li>Paid Time Off program </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$23$33 per hour, commensurate with experience </li></ul> <p>#INDHP</p>
