<p>Job Description</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Support: Provide expert TechNet product and service support to Commercial Account Managers and field sales teams, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of technical issues. </li><li>Sales Enablement: Partner with Commercial Account Managers to support and help close high-value TechNet sign-ups and conversions through in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling techniques. </li><li>Training & Education: Deliver targeted training to sales teams and customer-facing associates to enhance understanding of TechNet value propositions, functionality, and sales strategies. </li><li>Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Act as a primary resource for diagnosing and resolving complex customer and internal issues related to TechNet platform usage and integration. </li><li>Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to key commercial accounts during TechNet onboarding and implementation, helping maximize adoption and satisfaction. </li><li>Feedback & Collaboration: Gather and relay customer feedback to product and support teams to inform continuous improvement of TechNet offerings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in commercial sales support, technical sales, or account management, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or a tech-enabled environment </li><li>Strong working knowledge of TechNet or comparable automotive service platforms </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor messaging to various audiences </li><li>Proven track record of supporting complex sales processes and closing high-value accounts </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Comfortable delivering group training and one-on-one coaching </li><li>Ability to travel regionally as needed to support Commercial teams (estimated 20-30%) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting field sales teams or training frontline personnel </li><li>CRM and reporting tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) </li><li>Familiarity with commercial repair shop operations and B2B service models </li></ul> <p>#LI-CH1</p> <p>Compensation Range</p> <p>52,200.00 USD PER YEAR - 58,725.00 USD PER YEAR</p> <p>Benefits Information</p> <p>https://jobs.advanceautoparts.com/us/en/benefits</p> <p>California Residents click below for Privacy Notice:</p> <p>https://jobs.advanceautoparts.com/us/en/disclosures</p>
