This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping and receiving experience who is looking to grow within the company and take on a key role in our warehouse operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Verify shipments against bills of lading and ensure proper preparation for shipping </li><li>Coordinate materials flow in the shipping/receiving area </li><li>Label packages and pallets accurately </li><li>Receive and validate incoming shipments using SAP </li><li>Stage and organize current and next-day shipments </li><li>Schedule and coordinate outbound truck pickups </li><li>Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments </li><li>Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards </li><li>Provide backup support to the Shipping Lead as needed </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience </li><li>Forklift experience preferred </li><li>Familiarity with inventory control or warehouse management systems (SAP a plus) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred </li></ul> <p>If you're interested in applying, please notify your supervisor and submit your internal application.
