This role requires a versatile marketer who excels in developing and executing strategies across multiple marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with the revenue team to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize the demand generation funnel. As part of a small, dynamic marketing team, you will often find yourself wearing multiple hats, stepping outside the usual boundaries of the job description to support the company's revenue goals. This role requires a self-starter with a strategic mindset, a data-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (paid media, email, social, content, events) to drive awareness and engagement. </li><li>Demand Gen & Lead Management: Drive lead generation initiatives and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel </li><li>Account-based Marketing (ABM): Create and implement ABM strategies with the VP of Marketing to engage key target accounts with personalized campaigns, aligning closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition. </li><li>Campaign Performance & Optimization: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and analytics to refine strategies. Conduct A/B testing and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing engagement, response, and conversion rates. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, content, creative and revenue operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively. Foster alignment with internal teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives. </li><li>CRM & Automation: Leverage marketing tools to manage and optimize campaigns. Collaborate with revenue operations to build and refine lead management and tracking processes. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of professional experience in marketing, specifically in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
