<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Mental Health Professional - York Outpatient Mental Health Clinic</p> <p>People Incorporated Outpatient Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team at our York Mental Health Clinic on St. Paul's East Side. The Mental Health Professional applies evidence-based practices in providing an array of services to support client recovery, and facilitates safe, therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic and comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, resourcing and referring clients, and engaging and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders involved in clients' care. The person in this position may also provide clinical supervision throughout the larger organization for those working towards professional degrees or clinical licensure.</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time (0.8 FTE), Monday - Thursday, with the option to increase to 1.0 FTE by working Fridays at the New Hope Clinic, Family Life, or Stark Clinic. Standard Business Hours. Some flexibility with start and end times; Mental Health Professionals are expected to work up to 7pm one evening per week. This position may be eligible for a hybrid in-clinic and remote-work schedule upon completion of an introductory period.</p> <p>Location: York Outpatient Mental Health Clinic: 317 York Ave, St. Paul, MN 55130</p> <p>Hiring Range:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed Mental Health Professional:$74,000 - $80,000 annually,plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates. </li><li>Unlicensed Clinical Trainee: $60,000 - $65,779 annually, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates. </li></ul> <p>People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota. For over 50 years, we have been a leading community partner, transforming the health of our communities through innovative solutions.</p> <p>Main Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for providing client mental health services, including individual therapy, comprehensive evaluations, discharge planning and all service-related documentation (May provide couples' and/or family services per training and licensure). </li><li>Pro-actively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Case Managers, ARMHS workers, Care Coordinators, and Prescribers. </li><li>Demonstrate sound decision-making, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
