Help us transform our workforce of the future, today.</p> <p>We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join Zions Bancorporation. The IT Infrastructure Manager plays a key role in our infrastructure team and broader technology organization.</p> <p>The IT Infrastructure Manager will work with infrastructure leaders and engineers, Enterprise Architects, Information Security teams, banking system owners, and other technology stakeholders to support and deliver mission-critical services for managed file transfer and workload scheduling & automation functions. You will cultivate partnerships with various technology teams and enterprise information security to evolve our capabilities in areas like cloud enablement, system resiliency, APIs, and automation. Your team will design, develop, configure, test, and support technology solutions in support of divisional and enterprise objectives and key results (OKR).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the team in support of critical business functions to meet organizational objectives. </li><li>Guide the team toward a journey to cloud principles and cloud-based infrastructure solutions. </li><li>Cultivate relationships with all stakeholders including business, technology, risk, supply chain, and operations. </li><li>Ensure the uptime and availability of the enterprise data transmissions and workload scheduling systems through proactive management of software, demand, monitoring systems, and interfaces. </li><li>Ensure the team has the needed technical skills, competencies, business domain expertise, process knowledge, industry sector knowledge, and capacity to achieve organizational goals and objectives. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships, as needed, ensuring the vendors' performance and contributions align with organizational objectives and strategy. </li><li>Manage the total cost of ownership of the team including software, FTE and contractors, and professional services (responsible for P&L of cost center). </li><li>Serve as Product Owner/Project Manager (POPM) through Agile/Kanban-style value delivery system. </li><li>Other duties as assigned (including supporting on-call activities and change management responsibilities outside of normal business hours). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years' experience leading and/or influencing Information Technology infrastructure domains, such as server administration, networking, automation, middleware, etc, including interacting with relevant vendors (BMC, Broadcom, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat, etc). </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related degree. Professional Certifications (ex. ITIL, SAFe, CompTIA, etc.) are highly desired. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud ready and cloud native contexts, both using on-prem technologies as well as public cloud service (e.g. Azure, AWS, IBM, GCP) is a plus. </li><li>Working knowledge of data transmission protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, NDM, and the maintenance of products used to automate and manage the transfer of data via those protocols is a plus. </li><li>Working knowledge of cross-platform workload scheduling concepts and the maintenance of products used to automate and orchestrate background application processing is a plus. Control-M, Stonebranch, Workload Scheduler, etc. </li><li>Familiarity with data security principles, including encryption and access controls. </li><li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate effectively with senior business and technical management, vendors, and team members. </li><li>Proven ability to interact with others to identify, analyze and solve IT incidents and problems through close attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of financial/banking systems is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Location:</p> <p>Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047</p> <p>The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
