Join us in growing all aspects of our business while embodying these values.</p> <p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>JX Truck Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our Strategic Account team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our top-performing sales executives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the transportation industry and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-performing sales team.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Sales Support:</p> <ul> <li>Respond promptly to customer and assigned sales executives inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. </li><li>Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales executives. </li><li>Prepare sales quotes and proposals. </li><li>Coordinate test drives and vehicle demonstrations. </li><li>Track sales orders and deliveries. </li><li>Coordinate and oversee the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers. </li><li>Conduct pre-delivery inspections, verify documentation, and provide customers with a thorough overview of the vehicle's features and operation. </li><li>Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. </li></ul> <p>Administrative Support:</p> <ul> <li>Help with strategic sales team customer events and travel arrangements. </li><li>Prepare sales reports and presentations. </li><li>Process paperwork and documentation. </li><li>Assist with marketing initiatives. </li><li>Coordinate and track bailment agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of bailment inventory and facilitate the return or transfer of equipment as needed. </li><li>Conduct thorough pre-bill reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales orders, verifying pricing, discounts, and terms. </li><li>Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors prior to invoicing, minimizing billing disputes and customer dissatisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Customer Service:</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. </li><li>Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. </li><li>Assist with the setup and configuration of telematics systems (Smartlinq) in vehicles, ensuring proper installation and functionality. </li><li>Provide training and support to customers on the use of Smartlinq, highlighting the benefits and features </li><li>Coordinate and schedule driver training sessions, ensuring drivers are properly trained on the safe and efficient operation of vehicles. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration:</p> <p>Work closely with sales executives, service departments, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.</p> <p>Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.</p> <p>Manage the process for delayed warranty starts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.</p> <p>Liaise with customers, sales executives, and warranty administrators to resolve any issues related to delayed warranty starts.</p> <p>Other Duties as Assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required. </li></ul> <p>The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.</p> <p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
