<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Status: Part-Time</p> <p>Shift: Night Shift (11pm-7am)</p> <p>Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour (depending on licensure/experience)</p> <p>Department: Healthcare (SNF)</p> <p>PRINCIPLE DUTIES:</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Administers medications.</p> </li><li> <p>Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in direct resident care as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.</p> </li></ol> <p>Other Duties:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Assists in admission and discharge procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.</p> </li><li> <p>Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.</p> </li><li> <p>Assures continuity of services and care.</p> </li><li> <p>Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.</p> </li></ol> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>RN license by the State.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of nursing experience.</p> </li></ol> <p>HOSPITALITY FOCUS:</p> <p>The Foulk Living fully embraces a culture of hospitality.
