Based at either Elkhart General Hospital (EGH) or Memorial Hospital of South Bend (MHSB), you will be responsible for driving excellence in care delivery, service innovation, and clinical outcomes across the Heart and Vascular continuum. You will shape and execute a long-term vision, while ensuring alignment with Beacon Health System's mission and strategic priorities.
