<p>Property</p> <p>Mission of the Role:</p> <p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the hotel's physical facilities.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance. </li><li>Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests. </li><li>Makes structure repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring. </li><li>Conduct inspections to identify potential problems. </li><li>Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures. </li><li>Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. </li><li>Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a hotel engineer or in a similar maintenance role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Certification in HVAC, pools, electrical, or plumbing is a plus. </li><li>A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards. </li></ul> <p>Compensation Range</p> <p>The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.</p>
