<p>We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to assist with the upkeep of our vacation rental properties. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position involves general maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring a high standard of service for our guests.</p> <p>Job Type: Seasonal (May - September)</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required, days off during the week)</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform basic diagnostics (e.g., refrigerators, A/C units, garbage disposals). </li><li>Travel between the main office and various rental properties throughout the day. </li><li>Handle routine maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, collecting trash and delivering to the city dump. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests and property owners. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License (required). </li><li>Basic repair and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. </li><li>Preferred: Open-bed pickup truck or van for transporting various items such as garbage to the city dump, gas grills, window air condition units plus various supplies and tools. </li></ul> <p>If you're a hands-on problem solver with a knack for maintenance and a customer-focused approach, we'd love to hear from you!
