<p>We respectfully request that 3rd parties refrain from contacting us regarding this posting.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>The Demand Planning Business Analyst will be responsible for preparing data and collaborating with the demand planning team to define the requirements for the forecasting model. This position requires working with Oracle EBS and Demantra (the company's forecasting tool) along with excellent hands-on BA skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams and stakeholders.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collect and evaluate business requirements related to demand planning and forecasting. </li><li>Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. </li><li>Work alongside developers to support and coordinate Demetra demand management integrations. </li><li>Experience setting up new series, and exporting and importing integration interfaces in the Demetra Demand Management Module. </li><li>Identify and resolve issues at various stages of the project, driving them to resolution. </li><li>Gather and prepare data for the demand planning process. </li><li>Work with the demand planning team to define and implement model requirements. </li><li>Utilize Oracle EBS and Demandtra for forecasting. </li><li>Ensure timely delivery of required data and insights. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-8+ years of BA experience. </li><li>Experience with Demantra. </li><li>Experience with Oracle EBS. </li><li>Experience supporting demand planning and forecasting projects. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>High level of EQ. </li></ul>
