A successful candidate will contribute to the development of the data pipeline for our products that will enable them to build the dashboards, KPIs and automation that will allow us to deliver unparalleled connectivity experiences.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor product performance and key metrics. </li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define and track product success metrics. </li><li>Analyze user behavior to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Contribute to the development of the data pipeline for product telemetry. </li><li>Manage and improve data collection processes to ensure data quality and consistency. </li><li>Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product development and growth. </li><li>Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision making for cross-functional teams. </li><li>Identify and communicate opportunities for improving product adoption and retention. </li><li>Monitor and analyze ser funnels to optimize conversion rates and reduce drop-offs. </li><li>Work with engineering to ensure accurate tracking and tagging of product events. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Student in Finance, Data science, Statistics or Computer Science. </li><li>Eager to grow and learn new things </li><li>Familiarity with A/B testing framework and methodologies. </li><li>Knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools. </li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights. </li><li>Understanding of data modeling and interpreting large data sets to generate actionable insights. </li><li>Familiarity with metrics like customer acquisition, retention, engagement and churn, particularly as they relate to product performance. </li></ul> <p>At Optimum, we're fueled by our four core pillars: Taking Ownership, Upholding Transparency, Creating Community, and Demonstrating Expertise. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $29,895.00 - $49,113.00 / year.
