<p>Description</p> <p>SpringVale Health Centers is seeking a full-time Referral Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seemless patient care by managing and processing clinical referrals. This position serves as a liaison between patients, providers, and external specialists, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of services. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
