Join us to experience career growth, collaboration, and the chance to make a significant impact.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Syndicated Loans Execution Coordinator within Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will play a crucial role in managing complex syndicated and bilateral loans. You will work closely with origination businesses to ensure operational feasibility and optimal execution. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our Loan Transaction Team.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Extract critical deal information from applicable legal documents to record in the Firm's systems. </li><li>Engage with internal Business, Legal, and Operations teams for all requisite loan closing deliverables and coordinate completion ahead of signing/funding. </li><li>Maintain a robust pipeline of loan transactions, monitoring task completion and accurate data for upstream reporting. </li><li>Partner with loan booking and servicing teams, providing timely updates and insight on transaction requirements. </li><li>Understand and prioritize relevant technology enhancements. </li><li>Lead or participate in projects to enhance process efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Ability to manage complex workflows and communicate effectively. </li><li>Proven track record of leading initiatives and succeeding in a team environment. </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Syndicated Loans operations or adjacent functions. </li><li>Familiarity with industry trends and best practices. </li><li>Experience in loan operations/transaction management, especially in origination. </li><li>Familiarity and experience in reviewing legal loan documentation. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:</p> <p>This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
