<p>Customer Service Account Specialist</p> <p>Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships? Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for their valued customers.</p> <p>In this role, you will oversee the entire customer experience-from initial lot initiation through final settlement-ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and personalized service every step of the way. As a trusted advocate for your accounts, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and maintain high levels of satisfaction.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing all transactions from start to finish.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive and responsive support.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate settlements, payments, and order status with precision and urgency.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with internal departments and sales teams to ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and customer records.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor daily account activity to identify and resolve errors or delays.</p> </li><li> <p>Promote self-service options through the Customer Portal.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with SOPs, proactively managing risk and escalating exceptions.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's Degree in Business or related field</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or client service role</p> </li><li> <p>Strong math skills and analytical thinking</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish a plus!)</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt to frequent interruptions</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities</p> </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
