<p>Duties</p> <p>Winnebago High School has an opening for an Athletic/Activities Director for the 2025-26 school year with a 220-day contract and a start date of July 1, 2025. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scheduling and overseeing all interscholastic athletic contests and extra-curricular activities, Hiring and evaluating coaches, Reserving facilities, Maintaining administrative records and budget, and Communicating effectively with coaches, community, students/athletes, and staff. The WHS Athletic/Activities Director also works with and provides support to Winnebago Middle School athletics.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>A desired applicant will have a current Illinois PEL with an Administrative Endorsement along with administrative experience.</p> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>Salary will be comparable with other similar positions in the area and based on experience.
