<p>Senior Freight Pricing Manager</p> <p>Locations:</p> <p>Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Mesquite, TX</p> <p>Advance, NC</p> <p>Arcadia, WI</p> <p>Ecru, MS</p> <p>Ashley Distribution Services is hiring a Senior Freight Pricing Manager to lead freight pricing strategies, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional pricing projects. You'll work closely with internal teams to streamline pricing operations, improve tools, and support new business.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Own and maintain pricing tools, processes, and SOPs.</p> <p>Lead cross-functional pricing projects and RFPs</p> <p>Identify and execute freight cost optimization opportunities</p> <p>Manage customer onboarding for pricing and lane selection</p> <p>Recommend and implement pricing process improvements</p> <p>Conduct regular customer rate reviews and suggest adjustments</p> <p>What do you need?</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field</p> <p>5+ years in freight pricing or logistics</p> <p>Strong analytical, Excel, and data skills</p> <p>Experience leading cross-functional projects</p> <p>Knowledge of TMS and freight markets</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>At Ashley, we're more than a business…we're family.
