In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need.</p> <p>Primary Purpose of Position</p> <p>Performs a wide range of Appliance services for residential customers and promotes the sale of all other services.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service. </li><li>Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers. </li><li>Identifies and corrects complex problems in specified appliances and gas/electric water heaters. </li><li>Maintains company stock and equipment, and makes recommendations for additions or deletions as needed. </li><li>Attends appliance manufacturer training and presents to team. </li><li>Serves as a trainer and mentor for other service technicians in the field. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime </li><li>Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license </li><li>Average physical ability (bending, stopping, and climbing ladders) </li><li>Ability to lift and carry objects of various weights </li><li>Advanced knowledge and skills in at least two of the following areas refrigeration, laundry, and kitchen systems </li><li>Advanced skills in servicing gas and electric water heaters </li><li>Advanced skills in customer relations </li><li>Advanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the company </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Valid gas fitter's license </li><li>CFC Certification Core & Type I </li></ul>
