<p>Job Title: Structural CAD Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join a dynamic engineering team as a Structural CAD Technician, where you will support the drafting and designing of structural projects. You will work closely with a Lead CAD Drafter and engineers, contributing to a variety of projects ranging from industrial to educational and commercial sectors.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, modify, and review drawings according to established standards. </li><li>Translate mark-ups into accurate drawings. </li><li>Check and plot drawings for accuracy and compliance. </li><li>Recommend minor design changes requiring sound judgment and discretion. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>1-5 years of professional AutoCAD Drafting experience in structural, architectural, or vertical construction/facilities design. </li><li>Proficiency in Revit. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Direct structural drafting/design experience is highly preferred. </li><li>Associate's degree in Design Technology. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The firm is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis and offers a standard consulting engineering environment with cubicles and offices.
