<p>The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team across several departments. We offer a dynamic and supportive environment where professionals can thrive while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students and families.</p> <p>Available Departments:</p> <ul> <li>Home and Community Services </li><li>School-Based Positions within Advanced Clinical Services to support local education agencies </li><li>CCIU Attend Program (supports students who engage in school refusal behavior) </li><li>CCIU Special Programs within Advanced Clinical Services </li><li>Child Career and Development Center (CCDC Autism Support Programs) </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). </li><li>Write programs for students to assist in: (Teaching skill deficits, Maintaining acquired skills, Teaching self-help and coping skills , Building capacity and developing effective routines to address school avoidance behaviors)? </li><li>Train staff on FBAs and PBSPs. </li><li>Systematically evaluate the consistent implementation of PBSPs through: (Personal observation, Staff and parent/caregiver consultation, Progress monitoring of student attendance data) </li><li>Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, families, and educational teams. </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery. </li><li>Train and support staff in implementing behavior strategies and data collection. </li><li>Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. </li><li>Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). </li><li>2 years experience working in educational or community-based settings preferred. </li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Supporting the Following Areas:</p> <ul> <li>Southern Eastern Delaware County </li><li>Reading Area </li></ul> <p>2025/2026 SY Salary:</p> <p>Project, Level 15, Exempt $75,349 - $94,187 annually, based upon experience</p> <p>MS</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer Chester County Intermediate Unit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
