<p>Company: Sunshine Terrace Foundation</p> <p>Location: 248 West 300 North, Logan, Utah</p> <p>Shift: We have an immediate need for individuals who can work Day & Evening Shifts. We are interviewing for other shifts as well.</p> <p>Key Attributes and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures. </li><li>Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. </li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed. </li><li>Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met. </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. </li><li>Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team. </li><li>Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents. </li><li>Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse. </li></ul> <p>Essential Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Utah is highly desirable but not required. </li><li>Ability to become trained and certified as Nurse's Aide within 4 months of employment. </li><li>CPR and First Aid certification. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Ability to work well as part of a team. </li><li>Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li><li>Ongoing training and development </li><li>Engaging work environment </li></ul>
