We specialize in manufacturing analog integrated circuits for more than 300 customers worldwide in growing markets such as automotive, medical, industrial, consumer and aerospace and defense, among others.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Learning & Organizational Development Business Partner</p> <p>As a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR teams, driving impactful solutions that address both business and operational needs.
