You'll provide expert nursing care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses-supporting not only their medical needs, but the emotional needs of families navigating some of life's most critical moments.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Tuition Reimbursement up to $12,000 annually</p> </li><li> <p>Continuing Education & Online Learning Opportunities 403B and 401a Retirement Plans</p> </li><li> <p>Recognition & Employee Referral Programs</p> </li><li> <p>A collaborative and purpose-driven work culture</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with life-threatening or terminal conditions </li><li>Deliver skilled nursing care with empathy and clinical excellence </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care </li><li>Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey </li><li>Monitor patient progress and document clinical updates </li><li>Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and organizational policies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>RN license with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing</p> </li><li> <p>1+ year of supervised clinical nursing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing or Critical Care (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills</p> </li><li> <p>A heart for patient care, and a drive to make a difference every day</p> </li><li> <p>A valid NJ Driver's License and access to reliable transportation</p> </li></ul> <p>If you're ready to work for a health organization that puts people first-patients and employees alike-VNA Health Group is ready to welcome you.
